With the Complete WordPress Store + Automation plan, a free .com domain and hosting are included for the first year. After that they renew at ৳5,000/year. There is never a setup cost.

For the Complete WordPress Store package, we purchase the domain and hosting for you and manage them under our access — you will not have direct access to the domain or hosting account. If you later want to move your domain to another provider, we can help you transfer it after 60 days. This applies to the Complete WordPress Store plan only.

For the Complete WordPress Store + Automation, the website (domain + hosting) renews at ৳5,000/year, and your automation renews on whichever plan you choose. There is no setup cost, ever.

Add your key in your account settings and AI customization is available whenever you need it. Because the key is your own, you only pay for what you actually use.

Yes. If you'd prefer a fully custom landing page designed by our team instead of using the AI generator, we can build it for you. A single custom landing page design costs ৳1,000 and supports up to 1,000 data entries. Just send us your requirements and we'll get started.

Absolutely. If you're not comfortable configuring plugins on your WordPress site, we'll handle the entire setup for you. Just send us your WordPress admin access and we'll install and configure our plugin along with full automation on your site. This done-for-you plugin setup costs ৳1,000, with a delivery time of 3 days.

Our Business Subscription includes your website plus automation, with full setup and restoration handled entirely by us. The setup is a one-time ৳1,000 charge (setup only) and includes setting up a maximum of 30 products, your basic pages, all automations, and everything else needed to get your store running. Delivery time is 3 days.

Our done-for-you services — WordPress plugin setup and Business Subscription setup — are delivered within 3 days of receiving your access and the details we need to begin.

For plugin setup and other done-for-you services, we need your WordPress admin access. We use it only to complete your setup and automation. For your security, we recommend changing your password once delivery is finished.

Our service runs on a subscription that includes automation. You can pay monthly, every 6 months, or yearly — longer terms cost less overall. An active automation subscription keeps your store's features running — order confirmation, fraud prevention, courier entry, tracking, alerts and more. On the WordPress plans the automation is a required subscription; on eSalesPage it's built into your plan.

To keep your service active, simply renew before your current term ends. You can renew monthly, 6-monthly, or yearly. As long as you renew on time, your store and automation keep running without any interruption.

If your service expires or you don't renew, your account is deactivated. To bring it back, a reactivation fee of ৳1,000 applies, in addition to your regular subscription payment. Important: if your plan stays inactive for 2 consecutive months, all of your site data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered — so please renew or contact us before then.

Yes — you can cancel anytime, free of charge. When you cancel, your service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, you won't be charged again, and no refund is issued for the current or past periods (our services are digital products).

You can pay easily using bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated and your service continues without interruption.

With the Complete WordPress Store, you fully own your website, domain and data. With the WordPress Plugin, you keep your own existing site. With eSalesPage, your store is hosted and managed by us and you bring your own domain. In every case, your business data belongs to you.

"Unlimited" on our plans follows a fair-usage policy — up to 3,500 orders/month, 300 products, and 25,000–35,000 visitors/day (enough for roughly 500–1,000 orders a day). If your business needs more, just contact us and we'll arrange a higher limit for you.

Every plan includes support over WhatsApp and AnyDesk / Zoom. The eSalesPage plan also includes call and email support. We reply in both Bangla and English.
