Please read these terms carefully. By subscribing to and using our service, you agree to all of the conditions below.
Fair Usage — what "Unlimited" means
The word "Unlimited" used on our packages — for orders, products, visitors, and bandwidth — refers to fair usage. It means you will not hit a hard cap during normal business operation, within the following fair-usage limits:

| Products | Up to 300 products uploaded |
| Visitors | 25,000–35,000 visitors per day — enough traffic to generate roughly 500–1,000 orders per day |
| Bandwidth | Sufficient to comfortably serve the traffic and order volume above |
These limits comfortably cover the vast majority of growing stores. Need more? Just talk to us and we'll arrange a higher limit for your account.
Exceeding fair-usage limits
If your usage exceeds the fair-usage limits above without a prior arrangement with us, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice. By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Conditions — including this fair-usage policy.
Renewal & reactivation
Our service is a monthly subscription and must be renewed on time. If your service expires or you fail to renew, your account will be deactivated.
To reactivate a deactivated account, a reactivation fee of ৳1,000 applies, in addition to your regular subscription payment.
Data retention & deletion
If your plan remains inactive for 2 (two) consecutive months, all data associated with your site — including your store, products, and orders — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please renew or contact us before this period ends if you wish to keep your data.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
Our software, plugins, templates, and services are our intellectual property. You may not misuse, copy, share, resell, or distribute any part of our service. Any such violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.
Refund policy
Our services are digital products. Once you have subscribed and completed payment, the purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review the plan details carefully, and reach out with any questions, before purchasing.
