Your store's customer data

To deliver our automation features, our service processes data about your store's customers — such as their names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, and order details. We process this information on your behalf, only to provide the features you use (for example, order confirmation, courier entry, and fraud checks).

Your responsibility: You are responsible for informing your own customers about how their data is collected and used in your store, and for having the right to share that data with us.

• To set up, provide, and manage your website, store, and subscription.
• To process orders, send order confirmations (call/OTP), and push orders to couriers such as Steadfast and Pathao.
• To run fraud prevention, including IP, order-status, and cancel-ratio based checks.
• To send SMS, WhatsApp, email, Discord, Telegram, or Google Sheet order alerts you enable.
• To measure marketing and ad performance through analytics and tracking tools.
• To handle billing, renewals, and affiliate payouts.
• To provide support, respond to your messages, and improve our service.
• To meet legal, tax, and security obligations, and to prevent misuse.

We and our tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the website, remember your preferences, and measure performance. These include analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel & Conversion API, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver our service, and we share only the information needed for each to function:

• Hosting & infrastructure — to run your store and our systems securely.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above, when required by law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights or prevent fraud and misuse, or as part of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our service. In line with our Terms, if your plan remains inactive for 2 (two) consecutive months, your site data may be permanently deleted. We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop certain uses, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that deleting certain information may mean we can no longer provide the service.

Our service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Our website and dashboard may contain links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
