Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for our services. Please read it before you subscribe.

1.Our services are digital products

Everything we provide — websites, plugins, hosted stores, automation, setup, and monthly subscriptions — is a digital product or service. Access, licenses, resources, and work begin immediately once your payment is received, which is why our purchases are treated differently from physical goods.

2.All payments are non-refundable

Once you have subscribed and completed payment, the purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable. This applies to every part of our service, including:

  • Monthly, 6-month, and yearly automation subscriptions
  • One-time website fees (for example, the Complete WordPress Store website)
  • Setup, configuration, and any work already started or delivered
  • eSalesPage Store and WordPress Plugin subscriptions
  • Renewal payments and reactivation fees

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, features you chose not to use, or a change of mind after purchase.

3.Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel:

  • Your service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No refund is issued for the current or any previous billing period.

Please also review our data-retention terms — if your plan stays inactive for a set period, your site data may be permanently deleted.

4.Billing errors & duplicate payments

The only situation where we issue money back is a genuine billing error — for example, if you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, or charged again after you had already cancelled. In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment details, and we will verify and refund the erroneous amount.

This applies only to verified billing mistakes — not to normal, correctly-processed payments.

5.Chargebacks & disputes

If you have any concern about a payment, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account while the matter is reviewed.

6.Try before you buy

Because our services are non-refundable, we want you to be fully confident before purchasing. You're welcome to book a free consultation or request a free website audit, ask us any question, and review the full plan details first. We'll gladly help you pick the plan that truly fits your needs.

7.Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
